Senior Account Manager, Commercial Lines
Overview: The Hilb Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious Senior Account Manager to join our team. This in-office position reports to the agency in Tampa, FL and is ideal for a professional who is organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. The successful candidate will manage a dedicated book of business, serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Manage a dedicated book of business
- Serve as primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, needs, and opportunities
- Gather information, prepare applications, quote, renewal marketing, handle endorsements and ensure accurate file documentation
- Maintain knowledge of all company systems and offerings
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be licensed
- Independent and self-motivated with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Vertafore products is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS360 & Image Right
