Senior Account Manager (Luxury, CPG, LCS) fluent in English and French to manage high-value accounts in Ireland. This role sits with Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) team. Location: Dublin, Ireland. Work arrangement: On-site.

- Deliver against ambitious quarterly revenue and product adoption goals through disciplined pipeline management, targeted upsell initiatives, and data-driven scaling strategies.
- Manage a high-value portfolio of complex accounts, using deep-dive analysis to identify upsell and growth drivers, mitigate risks, and execute multi-quarter plans with in-country partners. Pitch and consult with customers to align with marketing discussions and budgets.
- Develop and maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and ongoing identification of high-impact cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Partner with fellow team members and cross-functional partners to drive commercial opportunities and upsell strategies that build long-term growth.
- Cultivate influential relationships internally and externally to foster loyalty, increase account expansion, and ensure partnership stability.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and French to engage with clients in the region.
