Responsibilities

Drive annual revenue growth and profitability across assigned accounts.
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client priorities and Capgemini’s offerings.
Build deep C-level client relationships and proactively identify value-driven propositions.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, delivery, and subject matter experts to expand the account footprint; lead sales campaigns and service offerings; coordinate with other strategic business units in Poland.
Oversee project teams and ensure successful delivery; monitor account health and client satisfaction.
Engage with industry leaders and strategic alliances to co-develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

Minimum seven years of experience in account management, business development, sales or consulting within Defence, Aerospace & Security and/or EU agencies (e.g., Frontex, European Space Agency).
Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and delivering year-on-year revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the defence ecosystem, procurement processes, and industry landscape.
Ability to shape go-to-market strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Experience managing complex sales cycles, strategic bids, and multi-stakeholder engagements.
