Entarian is seeking an experienced Program Manager for the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Ordnance Information System (OIS) program. This role is accountable for program execution across mission support, software development, cybersecurity, operations, and modernization, and will lead a multidisciplinary team sustaining Legacy OIS while advancing OIS Next Gen capabilities. The Program Manager will provide technical oversight and coordinate work across help desk, shipboard deployments, network infrastructure, software development, mobile platforms, cybersecurity, data, testing, cloud computing, and enterprise service operations, ensuring alignment with project goals and government standards. Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive program plans (scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation), monitoring performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. The role requires strong customer partnership, an ability to communicate program status and risks to senior officials, and the creation of briefs and presentations for Navy stakeholders and company leadership. Travel to customer sites in Mechanicsburg, PA and Yorktown, VA is occasional (approximately 20%). Minimum qualifications include U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years’ experience (or 14 years without a degree), 5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams, strong program-management skills, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.
