The Platform team designs, develops, and maintains the backend services powering payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text-to-speech, and external APIs, with a focus on scalability and robust API design.

What You’ll Do: - Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs including the public TTS API and internal APIs for Payments, Subscriptions, Auth, and Consumption Tracking, ensuring they meet business and scalability requirements. - Oversee the full backend API landscape, improving performance and maintainability. - Collaborate on B2B solutions, focusing on customization and integration needs for enterprise clients. - Work with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience.

An Ideal Candidate Should Have: - Proven backend development experience: TypeScript/Node.js (required). - Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers. - Efficient ideation and implementation, prioritizing tasks by urgency and impact. - Preferred: Docker and containerized deployments. - Preferred: Proficiency deploying highly available applications on Kubernetes.
