Airbus Belfast Limited is seeking a Plant Maintenance & Metrology Product Owner to lead the SAP S/4HANA deployment as part of a major ERP integration. The Belfast site focuses on the A220 wings and mid-fuselage components, and the Product Owner will architect and drive the design and rollout of the SAP S/4HANA solution, with a strong emphasis on Plant Maintenance and Metrology and ensuring integration with Finance, Manufacturing, Shopfloor, Procure & Supply, Logistics, and Quality.

Key responsibilities include driving the delivery of the Plant Maintenance & Metrology workstream, aligning stakeholders across Belfast Operations (key users and executives), Process Owners, and Information Management teams from discovery through to entry into service; enabling efficient adoption of new processes and Airbus digital tools in line with SAP standards and Airbus global strategy; conducting in-depth analysis of current organization, processes, and IT solutions; assessing and delivering the SAP S/4HANA-based solution; collaborating with other Airbus S/4 projects to share best practices and harmonize solutions; deploying the SAP S/4HANA solution together with the surrounding Airbus tool chain and contributing to deployment strategy; managing business transformation and ensuring user adoption, including data migration and entry into service, and orchestrating hypercare to support operations post-deployment; ensuring integration with other domains (Finance, Manufacturing, Shopfloor, Procure & Supply, Logistics, Quality) and coordinating with internal and external teams.
