RELEX Solutions is seeking a hands-on People Operations Specialist to support our Nordic HR operations across Finland and Sweden. This full-time role can be based in Helsinki, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden and requires you to own and drive processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will manage HR data quality, coordinate with our external payroll vendor, maintain Workday records, and write and update people policies and training materials. You will also assist team leads and colleagues with time-off, benefits, compensation, and other people-related topics, and handle employee escalations with guidance from senior colleagues. The ideal candidate has solid People Operations experience in the Nordics (Finland/Sweden, and ideally Denmark/Norway), familiarity with HR systems and compensation/benefits topics, payroll experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English.
