As a Parts Sales Manager, you will drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional WOW customer service in our automotive retail store. Responsibilities include leading and coaching staff, maintaining open communication with customers and team members, monitoring sales and inventory metrics, following store procedures, overseeing cash handling and shrink control, and ensuring efficient store operations. You will collaborate with store colleagues and the commercial department to ensure timely deliveries and excellent service. You will lead parts sales and inventory management, ensure timely returns processing and merchandising, and enforce safety standards. You will support commercial accounts and hub departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
