Zayo is seeking an Order Processing Project Manager to proactively manage rejected orders and move them back into the pipeline. The role serves as the central point of coordination between Sales, Deal Management (DM), TOV, Solution Engineers (SEs) and customers to resolve order errors and pipeline delays. In addition to hands-on order remediation, the position leads initiatives to streamline processes, shorten turnaround times, and minimize order fallout, directly impacting revenue and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing each order from submission through the pipeline, acting as the primary contact for rejected or stalled orders across assigned sales teams, investigating root causes, driving corrective actions in coordination with Sales, DM, TOV, and SE, obtaining missing information, correcting entry errors, escalating blockers, leading order recovery initiatives, tracking real-time corrections to ensure SLA adherence, providing regular reporting on rejected orders and trends, identifying systemic process gaps and implementing improvements, serving as SME for rejected order processes with documentation and training materials, and fostering a culture of transparency and operational excellence in order management.
