Our motivated team works daily to inspire our customers anew. We are looking for you to join as a member of our Public Sales department in Munster. The position can also be performed at our offices in Hamburg, Leipzig, Berlin, Mainz, Nuremberg, or Bochum.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Strategic management of existing public sector customers
- Build and expand a new customer base
- Sell our entire product and service portfolio
- Own the full sales process from acquisition through proposal development to contract closure
- Document customer relationships and information in the CRM system
- Design and implement territory- and customer-specific sales strategies
- Contribute to the definition of business goals and annual planning
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in a comparable role
- Strong customer- and service-oriented personality
- Negotiation skills and excellent communication ability
- Decisiveness, persuasiveness, and diplomatic finesse
- Strategic and results-oriented thinking
- Team player with initiative
- Technical affinity and interest in IT topics
- Driving license class B
- Home office portion
- Up to 4 weeks per year f
