Junior Service Delivery Manager with German language (m/f/d)

Overview Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia is seeking a Junior Service Delivery Manager to join our Košice team in Slovakia. The role focuses on order delivery, coordination of the order management process, and ensuring financial performance and billing within the Service Assurance pillar. This position is remote-friendly (Remote OK) within Slovakia.

What you will do - Manage the Service Assurance pillar and lead the order management activities. - Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between the customer and operations/production. - Manage order entry, tracking, and reporting of orders to meet SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs. - Collaborate with SDMs, SCOPMs, OPMs, PMs; identify risks and blockers; manage migrations calls and escalations. - Communicate with production to ensure timely and quality delivery; handle customer escalations during deployment. - Process orders and proposals to optimize production; coordinate resources to deliver on time. - Support invoicing and billing processes and ensure documentation completeness. - Provide ongoing support during post-sales and identify opportunities for process improvements.

What we look for - Secondary education; basic understanding of Service Delivery Management. - German language at fluent / upper-intermediate (B2); English is a plus. - IT skills: general IT knowledge; DTAG portfolio knowledge; MS Office (intermediate). - Soft skills: customer orientation, communication, time management, results orientation; diplomacy; self-motivation. - Additional: basic project
