Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT projects across the organisation, with a primary focus on infrastructure and ERP, and potential involvement in other IT initiatives as required. The role suits a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and governance. While technical knowledge is beneficial, the emphasis is on driving delivery, managing risk, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will operate within a matrix organisation, reporting to multiple leaders as required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and governance documentation. Manage project governance processes, including steering groups, reporting, and assurance activities. Engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and third-party suppliers. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary. Ensure alignment with organisational strategy, change management processes, and compliance requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Support procurement and contract management activities where relevant. Operate effectively within a matrix management structure, managing dotted-line relationships and reporting to multiple leaders as required. Qualifications: Requirements: Proven exper
