Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in Buckeye, Arizona. This on-site role focuses on increasing revenue through acquisition of new accounts, suggestive selling, and building professional relationships, while coordinating and delivering services to customers. The incumbent serves as a link between customers, sales, dispatch, and management to ensure quality solutions and service. This position will be approximately 80% in the office and 20% in the yard, with cross-training as a Dispatcher as well.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Overtime Eligible) Compensation: Pay starting dependent on experience, with quarterly performance bonus; paid weekly.
