AEI Consultants is seeking a Project Manager for its Industrial Hygiene division in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical industrial hygiene experience and a proven track record managing environmental consulting projects, including investigations of asbestos, lead-based paint, PCBs, mold, and indoor air quality.

Essential duties and responsibilities: - Direct and conduct surveys of asbestos, lead paint, mold, and indoor air quality testing - Create comprehensive reports with findings and recommendations - Perform Industrial Hygiene sampling and IAQ assessments (mold, bioaerosols, radon, particulates, etc.) - Build and maintain positive client relationships - Draft proposals and cost estimates - Ensure technical excellence, rigorous consulting quality, and strong client satisfaction - Assist the sales team with proposal development for advanced services - Partner with regional sales to develop divisional clients through networking and delivering high-quality technical services - Manage projects from start to finish - Prepare proposals and marketing information for clients - Review prices and rates for proposals - Direct environmental technicians in the performance of work
