The role reports to the Head of HR and provides hands-on operational support to drive HR priorities across the organization. Location: on-site in Gruiu, Ilfov, Romania.

Responsibilities

Onboarding: facilitate successful integration of new employees through orientation, training, goal setting, and ongoing support.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: manage vacancy intake and job postings, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer management; build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines aligned with business needs; ensure professional communication and a positive candidate experience; partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define requirements, align on recruitment processes and timelines, and ensure an efficient hiring process; support continuous improvement of HR and Talent Acquisition processes and represent Romania in the global TA & Employer Branding initiatives.
