Responsibilities include leading and developing the People Operations team across three jurisdictions; owning the HRIS (HiBob) as the system of record; supervising onboarding and offboarding; ensuring accurate, timely payroll inputs and benefits administration; maintaining policy maps and country-specific addenda; managing the compliance calendar and documentation standards; partnering with Legal on employment templates and jurisdiction-specific labor law requirements; implementing compensation cycles, performance review logistics, calibration, and record-keeping; and continuously improving processes to build auditable, scalable solutions. Requirements include proven experience delivering end-to-end HR lifecycle processes at scale; strong command of a modern HRIS (HiBob or comparable); working knowledge of employment compliance across at least two jurisdictions; ability to formalize informal practices into auditable processes; experience collaborating with Finance, Legal, and external vendors across multiple locations; and prior leadership of a distributed People Operations team
