Global Controller – Remote (United States)

Our partner company is seeking a Global Controller based in the United States. This senior finance leadership role will strengthen the financial foundation of a rapidly scaling global technology organization. You will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and consolidation across 14 international entities and multiple jurisdictions. You will lead a team of approximately 15 finance professionals, primarily based in India, and drive process improvements, automation, and operational scalability. A key priority is transforming manual workflows and accelerating the month-end close through modern financial technology and AI-enabled tools. You will work closely with executives, the board, investors, banks, and cross-functional teams on high-impact financial matters. This role offers the opportunity to shape global finance operations at the intersection of enterprise technology, SaaS, security, and AI.

Accountabilities - Oversee global accounting operations and financial reporting across 14 international entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and local statutory standards. - Lead a multinational finance team of approximately 15 professionals, primarily based in India. - Manage multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations and complex statutory reporting across global subsidiaries. - Develop and implement scalable financial policies, controls, and workflows to support rapid growth. - Lead finance transformation using NetSuite, FloQast, Tipalti, and Concur; automate processes to reduce month-end close
