About the role

Global Brand Manager (F/M/NB) for Ubisoft in Saint-Mandé, Ile-de-France, France. We are seeking a Brand Manager to join the Global Publishing team. Reporting to the Associate Marketing Director in Paris, you will contribute to shaping the global go-to-market strategy, marketing tactics and supporting creatives for the campaigns of one or two Ubisoft brands. Your brand management expertise, strong organizational skills and eye for detail will empower the team to design ambitious and effective campaigns.

Responsibilities

Oversee Marketing Tactics & Execution: Gather insights from all project stakeholders and use game, market and consumer data to enrich discussions and drive global decisions. Build the marketing strategy including consumer insights, situational analysis and competitive insights. Provide publishing teams with product information and marketing strategy to build plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build full go-to-market plans for your games: press and influencers with the Communications team, trade marketing with Sales, etc.
Build Original Content & Creatives: Brief internal and external agencies, lead production of diverse creative assets like key visuals, videos and trailers in an ROI-driven, agile mindset. Follow the paid media plan and maximize Ubisoft-owned channels (CRM, Community Management, Social Networks, Website). Monitor budgets and production schedules.
