About the role
French-speaking Customer Support Representative (On-site) – Sintra, Portugal
We are recruiting energetic French-speaking Customer Advisors to join a fast-growing fintech company in Portugal. As the primary point of contact for French-speaking users, you will help customers manage their digital financial accounts.
Responsibilities
Qualifications: Compensation and Benefits:
- Multichannel support via live chat and phone, providing clear guidance on platform features.
- Technical assistance with profile setup, transfer tracing, and resolving application errors.
- Security and fraud mitigation by monitoring user activity to identify risks.
- Collaboration with a global team, using English for internal updates and targets.
- Collect user feedback to support ongoing platform improvements.
- Fluent or bilingual in French (written and spoken), with intermediate English (B2) for internal training.
- Positive, proactive attitude and a desire to assist others and learn procedures.
- Comfortable with computer systems and multitasking across digital tools.
- Willing to work on-site in Sintra, Portugal, and adapt to a 24/7 rotating shift.
- Base salary: €930 gross per month, paid 14 times per year (including Portuguese summer and Christmas bonuses).
- Attendance bonus: €65 gross per month for flawless attendance.
- Meal allowance: €7.63 per workday, loaded onto a corporate card.
- Relocation and housing: company housing, travel reimbursement to Lisbon, and help with local paperwork (NIF, social security, healthcare registration).
