As part of our growth, we are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Group’s Finance function across international entities. The successful candidate will provide strong financial leadership, ensure consistent standards, effective controls, and accurate, timely reporting across the Group. Responsibilities include leading the Finance Leads, managing the monthly close, group consolidation and management reporting processes, and overseeing treasury, balance sheet governance, intercompany processes and financial controls; coordinating audits, statutory reporting and tax compliance; supporting the consistent application of Group accounting policies; driving standardisation, simplification and continuous improvement of Finance processes; contributing to the ERP implementation and the definition and improvement of Finance processes, requirements and controls. The role also involves assessing the existing Finance organisation, developing team capability, and acting as the GFC’s key operational Finance partner by proactively identifying issues and offering practical solutions. Requirements: approximately 5–8 years of relevant Finance experience, including Finance management or team leadership; strong experience in financial accounting, month-end close, multi-entity reporting and consolidation; experience in an international, multi-entity
