Since 2015, we have focused on enabling sleep diagnosis at home rather than in hospital, and we developed a first of its kind chin sensor that has been clinically validated and FDA cleared. We now design advanced diagnostic and treatment solutions and deliver care through Dreem Health, our digital sleep clinic, serving patients broadly with reimbursed care. The Data Analyst role sits in the analytics function as the second specialist and is a generalist position that partners with multiple teams. You will scope business questions into well defined analytical problems, perform the analyses, and translate insights into recommendations that the business can act on. In addition to delivering analyses, you will build and maintain the data model and the BI layer including datasets and dashboards that enable stakeholders to track and report on their work independently. You will help maintain metric definitions and modeling standards for consistency, and you may also work on data pipelines to create new data sources or improve existing ones. This role requires collaboration across Acquisition, Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle, Product, Supply and Finance to gather requirements and communicate findings to both technical and non technical audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sleep health and in helping people improve their wellbeing, and will be comfortable working in a distributed environment.
