Responsibilities

• Respond to live chats, emails, and phone calls using our help desk software
• Help offices optimize patient flow by configuring digital intake forms
• Troubleshoot account settings and document bugs for engineering fixes
• Conduct screen-sharing sessions to resolve complex insurance billing issues
• Create Help Center content and internal knowledge base entries
• Produce short Loom training videos to guide customers
• Collaborate with Support and Engineering teams

Requirements

Preferred: What we offer:

• US-based and eligible to work without sponsorship
• At least 3 years in customer support (email, chat, or phone) or in chiropractic/healthcare with direct customer-facing experience
• 3+ years of direct, customer-facing communication
• Experience with support tools or hands-on EHR/EMR software (billing, front desk, admin)
• Comfortable working standard daytime hours in US time zones
• Excellent written and spoken communication; typing 50+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy
• Proactive, tech-savvy, and eager to learn
• Experience in both customer support and chiropractic/healthcare
• Background with complex B2B software or healthcare systems (EHR/EMR)
• Experience creating customer-facing resources; SaaS experience; HIPAA environments
• PST or MST timezone preferred
• Flexible remote work;
