Position: Creative Project Manager (Remote, US-based). At Kitsch, a certified female- and minority-owned global beauty brand with products in 32,000+ retailers across 92 countries, we are seeking a Creative Project Manager to join the Product Development team. This is a full-time contractor role, US-based and remote, reporting to the VP of Product & Assortment Strategy. You will be the link between Creative and Product Development, owning the artwork and photography workflow from the initial brief to the final file and ensuring assets reflect the on-shelf product.

What You'll Do: - Review every creative brief before work starts, ensuring it includes images, copy, specs, and dieline details; stop incomplete briefs from slowing the team. - Own the Creative team's priority queue, balancing requests from Product Development, Marketing, and other teams so designers have clear direction. - Track every packaging artwork project from start to finish; maintain visibility on status and push momentum when needed. - Be the source of truth for both teams; share updates early and resolve confusion before delays. - Coordinate photography samples with the office manager to ensure timely shoots. - Keep Asana up to date for every active project and build timelines aligned with Product Development schedules. - Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements to save time. - Monitor photo assets for changes (label, material, formula) and manage the fix from request to delivery. - Maintain a proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality packaging.
