This strategic, hands-on talent acquisition professional will build talent pipelines, drive end-to-end recruitment, support pre-opening manpower plans, and partner with leaders to attract the right talent at the right time. The cluster combines the refined residential luxury of InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay with the bold, lifestyle-driven energy of Kimpton Sevn Dubai. You will shape the talent pipeline across both properties while balancing workforce requirements, brand culture, business priorities, and market conditions.
