About the role

Paired is seeking an AI UGC & Performance Ads Video Editor for a fast-moving AI performance creative agency serving DTC and ecommerce brands. This is not a general video editing role; we are looking for specialists with extensive experience creating AI-powered product ads, UGC ads, and direct-response creatives.

Responsibilities

Own the entire AI creative workflow from research and concept development to final delivery.
Produce high-converting AI-powered paid ads for DTC/eCommerce brands.
Research competitors, customer avatars, and winning advertising angles before concept development.
Develop direct-response concepts, scripts, and creative briefs to drive customer acquisition.
Generate realistic AI UGC ads, AI spokesperson videos, and product-focused creatives using modern AI tools.
Refine AI outputs to improve character consistency, product accuracy, environments, camera movement, and realism.
Edit high-performing Meta and TikTok ads with hooks, storytelling, captions, pacing, and clear CTAs.
Produce multiple creative variations to support rapid testing.
Analyze creative performance and iterate based on winning patterns.
Stay current with emerging AI tools and trends in DTC creatives.
