Primal Storm is a fully remote, performance-driven direct-to-consumer company with a team of 39 professionals. We are seeking an AI Performance Video Editor to produce high-quality AI-driven ads that drive performance. Responsibilities include editing 6-20 performance ads per week for campaigns with active ad spend; creating hyperreal AI-generated UGC, animated ads, and professional voiceovers; producing AI song ads and animations in styles such as 3D and claymation; developing new hooks, concepts, and variations based on performance data; analyzing results and iterating to improve creatives; delivering high-quality work quickly and consistently; communicating progress and potential blockers; owning deadlines and maintaining responsiveness. Compensation: base salary $1,500-$2,500 per month plus uncapped bonuses tied to ad performance and XP-based multipliers as you scale. Requirements: at least one year of experience creating performance ads for DTC or ecommerce brands; a strong portfolio showing direct-response focus; experience producing realistic AI UGC; experience creating AI-generated song ads, animations, and voiceovers; understanding how creative decisions affect performance; ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume production schedule; strong communication, accountability, and attention to detail; willingness for full-time, long-term collaboration.
