Responsibilities

• Process incoming vendor invoices in compliance with current regulatory requirements.
• Monitor workflows, resolve open items, and clear balances.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, post advance invoices, compensations, and payments.
• Perform period-end activities including GR/IR reconciliation, accruals calculation and posting, and other closing tasks per the plan.
• Prepare and update process documentation; monitor and propose process improvements in light of regulatory changes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and complete assigned projects.
