Slovak Speaking Accounts Payable Accountant is invited to join MOL Group GBS Hungary in Budapest. Scope of the position includes incoming (vendor) invoice processing, workflow monitoring and actions, vendor account monitoring and reconciliation, and other accounts payable tasks such as process documentation.

Responsibilities

Process incoming vendor invoices in compliance with current regulatory requirements.
Monitor workflows, resolve open items, and clear balances.
Reconcile vendor accounts, post advance invoices, compensations, and payments.
Perform period-end activities including GR/IR reconciliation, accruals calculation and posting, and other closing tasks per the plan.
Prepare and update process documentation; monitor and propose process improvements in light of regulatory changes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and complete assigned projects.
