Overview and Responsibilities: This is an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager role with an 18–24 month on-the-job paid training program to learn all aspects of branch operations and management. After completing training, you will be assigned your own branch to manage. Promotion to Branch Manager typically requires relocation, and a full relocation package is provided when ABMs are promoted to Branch Managers. Your focus is to help customers meet their financial goals by originating new loan business, listening to understand their needs, and recommending the best consumer loan and optional product solutions. You will educate customers on our consumer lending services, including how to improve credit and consolidate debt, assist with the loan application process, and perform related tasks such as evaluating loan applications, conducting risk analysis, making credit decisions, administering closings, and processing insurance claims. You will also assist the Branch Manager with recruiting and training, and help develop and implement plans to meet sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
