Responsibilities

• Own your pipeline and revenue targets, managing every deal from first contact to close.
• Build and nurture a self-generated book of business through multi-channel outreach.
• Conduct structured discovery and qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC.
• Manage a high volume of fast-moving deals with attention to detail.
• Maintain clean CRM data and pipeline hygiene (Salesforce and Gong experience preferred).
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's needs.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and the Sales team for smooth handovers at close.
• Provide reliable weekly and monthly forecasts.
• Consistently hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets and take ownership when a number is at risk.
• Leverage your SaaS/tech experience to help upskill the team.

Requirements

• Track record selling in tech, ideally SaaS, with a passion for sharing knowledge.
• Experience in a high-performance, target-driven sales culture.
• Strong accountability and ownership; proactive pipeline management.
• Proactive by nature; identifies when a number is slipping and acts quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail with several deals in flight.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification framework.
