Brand Manager needed to bring brands to life, shape future trends, and lead the link between Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and brand owners. You will be the central point of contact, steering brands strategically and operationally to achieve sales and profitability targets with market insight and a clear focus on results. Based in Niederwalluf, Germany, this full-time hybrid role offers exposure to exciting brands and projects within the Zertus group. Responsibilities include: - Marketing strategy: independently develop strategies and execute them across Trade Marketing, POS promotions, and social media. - Performance management: actively contribute to achieving sales and earnings targets and ensure the marketing plan is realized. - Networking and communication: act as a liaison between Wilms, sister companies, and brand owners, fostering respectful communication and strong relationships. - Budget management: plan and manage brand budgets with strategic foresight. - Analytics: generate deep analyses of market conditions, consumers, and trends; monitor monthly Soll/IST sales reporting; manage assortment; optimize S&OP to balance supply and demand. - Qualifications: degree in business administration or equivalent; several years of marketing experience; strong brand sense; analytical mindset; excellent communication; team player with FMCG passion; proactive and collaborative. - Language: fluent German and English, both written and spoken. - Digital skills: proficient in MS Office; experience with social media and SAP is a plus. - Why us: work with experienced colleague
