This fully remote position can be performed from anywhere in Germany or Switzerland. You will develop robust backend services for our products and, where needed, contribute to the frontend. You will design database schemas and bring CI/CD processes into our development pipelines. You will apply AI-assisted development methods to speed up delivery while keeping code clean, maintainable, and well tested. You will develop a deep understanding of our products and business logic and apply Domain-Driven Design and Behaviour-Driven Development to translate requirements into software. You will participate in planning, proactively identify problems, and drive solutions, while sharing knowledge with the team and mentoring junior developers. Must-have skills include Python, FastAPI, GitLab, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development.
