Govinda Natur is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop and continuously refine our digital marketing strategy. You will identify new opportunities and trends, define goals, KPIs, and budgets, and oversee the performance of all digital marketing activities. The role leads cross-channel efforts including social media, content creation for social, website, and newsletters, and collaborates closely with Product Management, design, and external partners. You will plan and optimize Meta campaigns, manage and develop our online shop with our shop agency, and develop digital initiatives to increase brand awareness, reach, and revenue. You will advance our email marketing and CRM, and analyze performance across channels to derive concrete optimization actions. Requirements include several years of relevant Digital Marketing experience, experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, strong knowledge of social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing, experience with websites or online shops and working with external agencies, and an analytical yet creative, hands-on mindset with a willingness to take responsibility and build initiatives independently and sustainably.
