What we seek: a UX/UI Designer to join our Madrid team in Spain. Requirements: at least 2 years of experience designing digital products; SaaS experience; collaboration with Product and Development teams; experience with user research, usability testing, or data-driven design (desirable). Education: degree in Design, Product Design, Digital Design, or related fields; additional UX UI or Design Thinking certifications (desirable). Languages: Spanish required; English B2+ desirable. Technical: proficient with Figma for UI design, prototyping, and component management; ability to define user flows and design user-centered experiences; experience with Design Systems and Agile methodologies (desirable). Soft skills: analytical thinking, user focus, ability to work independently and identify UX improvements; proactive, good communication, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
