Fluxx is seeking a strategic, systems-thinking Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the Grantseeker platform. This full-time exempt role is based in Manhattan, New York, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence at least three days per week. You will own Grantseeker's product direction at a genuine inflection point following Fluxx's reacquisition, overseeing a two-platform architecture (Grantseeker Classic and Pro) with a dedicated product and engineering team. Responsibilities include defining a 12–18 month roadmap grounded in customer evidence, funnel data, competitive reality, and commercial goals; managing end-to-end consolidation of Classic and Pro (feature parity, migration tooling, customer communications, sunset timeline); sharpening the product-led motion by driving activation, conversion, retention, and expansion; leading migrations, data mapping, onboarding, and the first-week experience; connecting funders and seekers through improved data flows and shared models with the Grantmaker team; leveraging Grantseeker's data assets for better matching and AI-enabled features; and running discovery, writing clear specs, grooming the backlog, and delivering features in iterative cycles across design, engineering, and go-to-market. Success metrics include completing 90-day customer conversations, consolidation recommendations, and a migration-ready plan, plus measurable activation/conversion gains and a shipped capability within the first year.
