Overview: Senior AI Engineer at SUXXEED will develop innovative AI solutions with real business impact, ranging from intelligent knowledge systems and sales automation to AI-assisted service processes. You will work with a diverse technical landscape including Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Voice AI solutions, Enterprise-RAG platforms, and more, building integrations and automations that support the daily work of our business units. Responsibilities: Design and implement AI solutions with measurable business impact. Build modern multi-agent and RAG systems that make data from various sources usable and automate complex business processes. Create scalable architectures enabling intelligent data use and fast decision-making. Collaborate quickly with the business teams in a startup mindset. Actively contribute to SUXXEED's AI Center of Excellence by setting architecture and AI engineering standards and shaping the team's technical future. Qualifications: Several years of software engineering or applied AI engineering experience with production AI or LLM solutions used in business contexts. Knowledge of modern AI architectures (RAG, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent systems, Voice AI) and other enterprise AI solutions. Strong Python skills with API and data-flow experience, software architectures, monitoring and evaluation concepts, with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
