Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Develop modern AI applications with real impact. You will work with our AI team to implement innovative solutions for sales, marketing, operations, service, and knowledge management, driving smarter and more efficient processes.
Work with cutting-edge AI technologies such as multi-agent systems, enterprise RAG solutions, Voice AI, Microsoft Copilot, and modern large language models; you will learn and actively apply current AI architectures in real projects.
Navigate a diverse and agile tech landscape including Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Azure OpenAI, interfaces and other enterprise systems to build intelligent automations and robust integrations.
Enjoy short decision paths and a startup mentality: good ideas can be implemented quickly through direct collaboration with business units, with an environment that welcomes innovation.
Contribute to shaping our AI Center of Excellence: from day one you will work on real business cases, take ownership of topics, and grow toward AI Engineer and later Senior AI Engineer.
Some practical experience in software development or AI projects, via studies, personal projects, working student roles, or entry into the workforce.
