Maora is a premium lifestyle brand on a mission to bring Maora Matcha to Germany's best cafes, Pilates studios, hotels, and concept stores. We are looking for a personable, relationship-driven individual who authentically represents our brand and helps grow our partner network across Germany.
Your mission - Make Maora visible in Germany. Find and enthuse new partners for our products and ensure conversations evolve into long-term partnerships. Support existing partners, brainstorm ideas to increase Maora's local visibility, and regularly visit our partners on-site.

Responsibilities - Acquire new partner cafes, Pilates studios, hotels, restaurants, and selected retail concepts - Build long-term partnerships and independently pursue new collaborations - Support and grow existing partner relationships - Regular on-site visits to partners - Develop creative ideas and campaigns with partners - Represent Maora at events, trade shows, and networking functions - Work closely with the founder team to actively shape Germany's growth - Identify new cities, concepts, and multipliers where Maora fits
Qualifications - You don't have to be perfect. The important thing is enjoying working with people and taking responsibility. - You might have experience in: Sales, Business Development, Partnership Management, Account Management, Hospitality, Brand Marketing; or you could come from another background and simply inspire people. - You're open and communicative; independent; enjoy being on the road; passionate about premium brands, gastronomy, wellness, or the healthy lifestyle; enjoy buil
