Datadog is seeking a Program Manager for Community Content and Events in the EMEA region to support our content and advocacy efforts across events and sponsored activities. The Datadog Technical Advocacy teams focus on local user communities and delivering technical content to customers globally. You will plan and execute regional events in the EMEA region, working across multiple teams to ensure our events are high quality and provide a positive experience for customers. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony. This role is based in Paris, France and may involve travel as needed.

What you’ll do: - Plan and deliver technical programming for local and regional events, ensuring scalable and sustainable programming - Track deadlines and deliverables for content and assets; collaborate with vendors and procurement as needed - Identify and resolve risks and blockers for event programming - Maintain internal tools and public websites for event agenda and speaker content - Own onsite speaker experience for internal and customer speakers - Manage onsite event programming, rehearsals, staffing, and smooth operations - Collaborate closely with our Community teams, external stakeholders, and the VP of Community - Create and refine processes; maintain focus on continual improvements, automation and scaling - Communicate goals, status, risks, and impact to teams and stakeholders ensuring alignment and visibility across teams
Who you are: - 2–5 years of experience in program management, leading large-scale conferences and related program
