You will help build, develop, and grow the team, ensure daily and monthly appointment goals are met, and spend time in the field with canvassers on a weekly basis. Responsibilities include managing all Field Marketing Associates in the Portland office, interviewing and training new Brand Ambassadors, coaching staff through performance improvement plans, and ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws. The job requires outdoor work in all weather conditions, with normal walking, standing, and the ability to climb stairs when needed. A valid driver's license is required. Compensation ranges from $24 to $32 per hour, plus a $250 commission on each closed sale from an appointment, with potential total monthly earnings up to $6,000 including base pay and commission.
