This remote, Poland-based role is a leadership position focused on empowering engineers, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and shaping the future of our platform.

Responsibilities - Drive engineering-wide initiatives, technical and non-technical, to raise team performance and organizational growth. - Support proactive engineers, create conditions where good ideas surface, get heard, and move forward. - Own track-level ceremonies, kick-offs, cross-team syncs, and retrospectives, while keeping teams autonomous in execution. - Partner with Product Managers to deliver intuitive, reliable, and well-built user experiences. - Build and maintain a culture of ownership, trust, and continuous improvement. - Set a clear bar for individual performance, addressing concerns early and constructively. - Hire, onboard, and grow engineers at multiple experience levels.
