Reporting to the President, you will lead marketing initiatives, pursuit development, and client engagement programs to position the firm for growth.
What you will do - Champion DesignGroup's brand through marketing, communications, public relations, and thought leadership. - Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the firm's vision, growth objectives, and target markets. - Represent the firm with clients, industry organizations, and strategic partners to strengthen market presence. - Monitor market trends and client needs to identify opportunities and inform strategy. - Lead creation of targeted marketing materials, campaigns, events, and content.
Build relationships and opportunities - Partner with business development and technical teams to engage current and prospective clients. - Manage CRM, content, and knowledge-sharing systems to ensure data accuracy. - Oversee development of marketing collateral, qualifications, project information, and presentation materials. - Support strategic planning and market positioning to strengthen competitive advantage. - Oversee internal communications and visual storytelling assets to enhance brand consistency.
Lead winning pursuits - Lead proposal and interview efforts from strategy through final delivery. - Develop compelling, client-focused pursuit strategies and content with leadership and technical teams. - A
