What You’ll Do - Lead QA efforts toward successful project delivery, overseeing manual and automation test strategies, plans, and processes across access points and Scrum teams. - Define and evolve comprehensive automation, regression, performance, and release testing strategies within our Agile SDLC. - Architect, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web applications, APIs (REST/WebHooks), and database layers. - Write and review high-quality automated test scripts and ensure seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines. - Develop and execute automated API, UI, integration, regression, and performance test suites to ensure product reliability and scalability. - Own and prioritize the QA backlog, including automation coverage, technical debt, and infrastructure testing initiatives. - Serve as the point of escalation for QA matters, managing risk, prioritizing coverage, and ensuring release readiness. - Troubleshoot complex defects by analyzing logs, database traces, and system behavior; drive root cause analysis and long-term quality improvements. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Leadership to d
