Content Manager for Gartner C-Level Communities. The role is responsible for designing and delivering compelling content tailored to executive communities and developing event agendas for a portfolio of C-level events. The position involves conducting research and interviews to identify topics, securing speakers, creating session formats, and analyzing attendee feedback to measure success. Key duties include partnering with program management to create engaging event agendas, scheduling and leading calls with C-level executives and speakers, writing speaker profiles, presentation abstracts, invitations, and stage scripts, and preparing digital and print marketing materials in line with the Gartner C-Level Communities style guide. The role requires independent and creative topic research relevant to Fortune 1000 organizations, negotiating and managing speaker agreements, and collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, and other business units to align with event strategy and delivery. You will evaluate content quality for continual improvement, manage content projects, deliver departmental training, and support content colleagues as needed. Approximately 10% travel to events is required. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, journalism, English or related fields, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
