Overview As Frontend Engineering Team Lead - MarTech, you will lead a talented frontend engineering team responsible for building and evolving high-performance digital experiences within a large-scale marketing technology environment. Combining technical leadership with hands-on development, you will drive architectural decisions, guide major platform migrations, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality applications. Working closely with product managers, backend engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will champion engineering excellence while mentoring and growing your team.
Accountabilities - Lead, mentor, and support a team of frontend engineers, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development. - Define and drive frontend architecture, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions. - Lead the execution of major technical initiatives, including frontend framework migrations and server-side rendering implementations. - Contribute hands-on to software development through coding, code reviews, technical design, and architectural guidance. - Optimize website performance by improving loading speed, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and overall user experience. - Manage team planning, work allocation, performance reviews, career development discussions, and regular one-to-one meetings. - Promote engineering best pra
