Responsibilities

• Content Leadership & Strategy: Own and evolve the organization’s social content strategy with a focus on storytelling, donor engagement, and awareness growth. Maintain a proactive content pipeline and identify opportunities across the organization to produce compelling, platform-native stories. Establish and refine the brand voice, tone, and creative direction.
• Creative Development (Social-First): Lead ideation and execution of social-first content (Reels, TikTok, short-form video, series content). Create content from concept through shoot, edit, and publish, independently or with a team. Bring donor, recipient, and community stories to life in authentic, emotional, and shareable ways. Continually test formats and storytelling approaches to improve performance.
• Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, field teams, and partnerships to uncover stories and align content with organizational priorities. Provide creative direction and guidance to junior staff, freelancers, or agency partners as needed. Serve as the go-to social ex
