Join Manos Holding AG as a Marketing Manager for Concerts, Culture & Events. This is an on-site role based in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. You will be part of Reservix Marketing with a focus on sales marketing and be responsible for driving the successful sell-out of tickets. You will work closely with our sales teams and other marketing disciplines to plan and execute campaigns, monitor performance, and continuously optimize activities to increase ticket sales. You will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to support event organizers and maximize reach. In collaboration with our design team, you will lead the conceptualization, design and execution of print and digital media (ads, flyers, large-format campaigns, video spots and other publications). You will help shape and improve internal and digital processes to ensure efficient, up-to-date workflows, and you will take ownership of project planning, management and execution. Requirements: training as a marketing communications specialist or a comparable qualification with a focus on marketing, communications, media or event marketing; strong experience in marketing, including campaign planning and execution, with a keen eye for targeted, effective messaging; enjoyment of project work and, ideally, demonstrated successes in process optimization; reliability and high commitment; organizational talent, solution-oriented thinking and a structured, independent working style; creativity and a good sense for current trends and new media.
