Databricks is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for France, the Middle East & Africa (initial focus on UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and South Africa). This onsite role based in Paris, France is responsible for driving demand generation and building a robust regional sales pipeline. You will craft and execute field marketing programs and events—both in person and virtual—in the Middle East, Africa, and France, with occasional multi-day travel to support regional objectives. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, Partner Management, and other field teams, and report to the Director of EMEA Field Marketing while working with the Principal Marketing Manager, Southern Europe. Key activities include developing territory strategies with sales stakeholders, managing budgets and ROI, coordinating partner and third-party event opportunities, and leveraging data to optimize campaigns and KPIs to sustain growth. Fluency in English and French is required, and Arabic is a plus.
