You will define and communicate the technical vision and strategy for the Enterprise Fulfillment team, own the engineering roadmap, and oversee decisions that balance speed with reliability and scale. You will establish best practices for production services and lead a team of 10+ engineers, fostering ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. You will drive recruiting and collaborate with a broader network of ~50 engineers across R&D, business development, and retailer stakeholders. Minimum qualifications include 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in engineering management leading teams of 15+ engineers, and a track record of delivering complex consumer- or enterprise-facing products. Preferred qualifications include experience scaling multiple teams, hands-on technical leadership, and familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Go, Swift, or Kotlin.
