Own a portfolio of 50–75 high-value creator accounts (~$1M ARR), delivering proactive, strategic guidance to drive retention and expansion.
Act as trusted advisor to top creators; optimize their email strategy and maximize use of Kit to grow their businesses.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to surface creator needs and improve the creator experience; drive feature adoption.
Design and execute onboarding, success plans, renewals, and expansion initiatives; test, measure, and scale what works.
Build deep relationships with creators and their teams; translate goals into action and cross-functional projects.
Analyze data (email performance, user behavior, retention KPIs) to inform account plans and demonstrate impact.

4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Creator Partnerships.
Experience supporting creators, digital entrepreneurs, or B2C SMBs; managing a portfolio of high-value customers.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Support, Marketing; experience in fast-paced SaaS/startup.
Data fluency; proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and product analytics (Mixpanel); excellent written and verbal communication.
Self-directed, proactive, low-ego; comfortable operating in a remote, distributed team and East Coast hours.
Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Claude; ability to design playbooks and drive experiments.
